Yata no Kagami is one of the characters in the game Phantom of the Kill.

Description[edit | edit source]

An honest stoic in search of the truth, he dislikes anything unclear or vague and prefers everything matter-of-fact. His Killium comes from the sacred mirror Yata no Kagami which once exposed the hiding place of a sun goddess. Even before he became a Killer Prince, he was so immersed in building his physical strength that he lacks certain communication skills. He wants to make friends with others but most of the time fails to do so and often gripes about this to his commander.

Gun Mage: "Stoic at heart, he is devoted to honesty and the pursuit of truth. He detests the vague and unclear, and prefers eveything to be matter-of-fact. His Killium comes from the divine mirror Yata no Kagami, which once revealed a hidden sun goddess. As well as the memories from his Killium, before becoming a Killer Prince he was already a loner focused solely on training, and he is somewhat lacking in communication skills. He would like to be friends with his comrades and the civilians, but it often doesn't go well, which he's always complaining to his commander about."
Gun Sage: "Stoic at heart, he is devoted to honesty and the pursuit of truth. He detests the vague and unclear, and prefers eveything to be matter-of-fact. His Killium comes from the divine mirror Yata no Kagami, which once revealed a hidden sun goddess, and this is perhaps the source of his eidetic memory. He can perfectly mimic a person's actions or battle strategies after seeing them just once--even very complex ones. While his constant observation and mimicry of allies and townspeople alike may seem suspicious, he means nothing by it, and so sees no problem with it himself."
Gun Master: "Stoic at heart, he is devoted to honesty and the pursuit of truth. He detests the vague and unclear, and prefers eveything to be matter-of-fact. His Killium comes from the divine mirror Yata no Kagami, which once revealed a hidden sun goddess. As his constant mimicry of the commander's every move and word made the commander stop speaking to him, lately he has been trying to keep it in check. Although he looks and acts tough, he's a bit sensitive when it comes to outright rejection. Because his Killium was revered as a divine instrument for so long, it seems part of him simply cannot comprehend others not liking him, and he worries whether one who dislikes him could ever be his true master..."
